HistoryFounder and President Jim Nelson brings over 21 years of television engineering experience to Glenwood Systems as principal consultant. Jim's career has spanned the range of corporate television as an Engineer at Sears, Robuck and Company to post production as Chief Engineer at Optimus and Editel Chicago. Jim's milestone projects include work as Special Projects Engineer, designing video systems for The Harold Washington Library Center and SportsChannel Chicago with systems house Video Images.Glenwood Systems was incorporated in July, 1992, with the idea of providing system design and consulting independent of equipment sales.
